Searching an Unsent Email

To search an unsent email:

1. Log on to HC panel.
2. From the left menu click System, and then My Server.
   The My Server Options page is displayed.
3. Under Configure Services section, click System Emails.
   The Sent Emails page is displayed.
4. Click Unsent Emails.
   The Unsent Emails page is displayed.
5. In the search area, specify the following information and click .
   • To Address: Type the destination address.
   • Sent Date: Type the sending date of the email.
   • Email Subject: Type subject of the email or select from the drop-down list box.
