Viewing Customer Support Solution

1. Log on to HC panel.
2. From the left menu click Toolbox, and then Tools.
   The Tools page is displayed.
3. Under Click & Install Apps section, click Customer Support Solution.
   The Customer Support Solution page is displayed.
