Adding a Journal Rule
To add a journal rule:
- Log on to HC9 panel.
- From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Exchange.
A drop-down displays.
- Click Exchange Organizations.
The Exchange Enabled Organizations page displays with Journal Rule option on the right.
- Under Organization Name column, select organization and click Journal Rule.
The Journal Rule page displays.
- Click Add Journal Rule.
The Setup Journal Rule page displays.
- Specify following information:
- JournalMailbox: Spcify value as required.
- Password: Type password.
- Confirm Password: Re-type password.
- Mailbox Size (MB): Type size of mailbox or select the Unlimited checkbox.
- Mailbox Permissions: Select the Enable checkbox to define permissions for mailbox.
- Journal Admin: Select the administrator from the drop-down list box.
- Click Setup Journal Rule.
The journal rule is setup.
