Searching an Exchange Enabled Organization

To search an Exchange Enabled Organization, there are two options i.e. Advance Search and Basic Search. By default Basic Search is performed.

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Exchange.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click Exchange Organizations.
   The Exchange Enabled Organizations page displays.
4. In the search area, type the Organization Name and click .
   The filtered list is displayed.

For Advance Level Search, click  . To reset search fields, click .

3. Click Exchange Organizations.
   The Exchange Enabled Organizations page displays.
4. In the search area, click .
   The Advance Search options display.
5. Specify the following information and click .
   • Organization Name: Type name of the organization to be searched.
   • Reseller Name: Type name of the reseller.
   • Mail Server Type: Select type of mail server from the drop-down list box.
