Viewing Received Messages

To view received messages:

Log on to hc9 panel.
From the left menu click Help, and then Message Center.
A drop-down displays.

Click Received Messages.
The Received Messages page displays.

To view message details, under the Subject column, click the message, and then View Message.
To mark any message as read/unread, under the Subject column, click the message, and then Mark as Read/Mark as Unread.
