Disabling a Mail Domain

To disable a mail domain:

  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click Toolbox, and then Tools.
    The Tools Options page is displayed.
  3. Under System Services section, click Exchange Manager.
    The Exchange Enabled Organizations page is displayed.
  4. Under the Organization Name column, click name of the organization, and then Mail Domains.
    The Mail Domains page is displayed.
  5. Under the Mail Domain column, click name of the domain, and then Disable.
    The Mail Domain is disabled.
