Editing a Server

HC provides an easy way to edit servers' information as required. Editing a server is mostly required to update/change the path of some software or to modify role of server(s) in the cluster. 

To edit a server:

1. Log on to HC panel.
2. From the left menu click General, and then Server Manager.
   Server Manager page is displayed.
3. Select required server from the Server Name column.
4. Click Edit Server.
   The Edit Server page is displayed.
   

   To add more roles to the same server select role(s) of the server from the Server Role column. Click Save Roles to add the specified roles to the server and update the cluster.

5. Click Save and Edit Roles to save the specified roles as well as to modify the information of each role.

You can edit servers for both Windows and Linux families.
