Editing Send on Behalf Settings

To edit send on behalf settings:
  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click Toolbox, and then Tools.
    The Tools Options page is displayed.
  3. Under System Services section, click Exchange Manager.
    The Exchange Enabled Organizations page is displayed.
  4. Under the Organization Name column, click name of the organization, and then Distribution Lists.
    The Distribution Lists page is displayed.
  5. Under Display Name, click name of the distribution list, and then click Edit Send on Behalf.
    The Edit Send on Behalf page is displayed.
  6. Under Display Name column, select the check boxes of the respective users as required to send email on behalf of these.
  7. Click Update List.
    The Send on Behalf settings are configured.
