Enabling a FTP User

To enable a FTP user:

1. Log on to HC panel.
2. From the left menu click General, and then Domains.
   My Websites page is displayed.
3. Click FTP Users.
   The FTP Users page is displayed.
4. Under FTP User Name column, select user, and then click Enable.
   The selected FTP User is enabled.
