Searching FTP User

To search any FTP user, there are two options i.e. Advance Search and Basic Search. By default Basic Search is performed.

1. Log on to HC panel.
2. From the left menu click General, and then Domains.
   My Websites page is displayed.
3. Click FTP Users.
   The FTP Users page is displayed.
4. In the search area, type the FTP User Name and click.
   The filtered list is displayed.

For advance level search, click Advance Search.

To perform advance search:

1. Log on to HC panel.
2. From the left menu click General, and then Domains.
   My Websites page is displayed.
3. Click FTP Users.
   The FTP Users page is displayed.
4. In the search area, click Advance Search.
   The Advance Search options are displayed.
5. Specify the following information and click.
   • FTP User Name: Type name of the user to be searched.
   • User Status: Click the arrow and choose the level of the website from the drop-down list box.
     

     Available options for User Status are:

     All

     Active

     Suspended

   • Platform: Click the arrow and choose the operating system from the drop-down list box.
     

     Available options for Platform are:

     All

     Windows
