Deleting a Mail Disclaimer


To delete a mail disclaimer:
  1. Log on to HC9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Exchange.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click Exchange Organizations.
    The Exchange Enabled Organizations page displays.
  4. Click Mail Disclaimer.
    The Mail Disclaimer page displays.
  5. Under Name column select the organization name and then click Delete.
    A dialogue box displays.
  6. Click OK.
    The Mail Disclaimer is deleted.
