Editing Advance Properties

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Exchange.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click Exchange Organizations.
   The Exchange Enabled Organizations page displays.
4. Under Organization Name column, select organization and click Distribution Lists.
   The Distribution Lists page displays.
5. Under Display Name column, select distribution list and click Edit Advance Properties.
   The Edit Advance Properties page displays.
6. Modify following information:
   • Display Name: Modify name of the list.
   • Advance Features: Modify features of the list.
     
     

     Available options for Advance Features are:

     Hide from Exchange Address List: If selected, the selected distribution list is hidden from the Exchange Address List.

     Send out-of-office Message to Originator: If selected, it sends all the out-of-office messages back to the sender.

     All Senders are Authenticated: If selected, all the senders are treated as authenticated users.

   
   
   • Incoming Message Size Limit: Type maximum limit for the incoming messages. Otherwise, select the Unlimited check box for indefinite incoming message size.
   • Delivery Report: Click where to send the delivery report.
     
     

     Available options for Delivery Report are:

     Report to Manager: If selected, delivery report is sent to manager.

     Report to Originator: If selected, delivery report is sent back to the sender.

     No Delivery Report: If selected, no delivery report is sent.



7. Click Update List.
   The Advance Properties are edited.
