Registering a Domain

To register a domain:

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Website Services, and then Domain Registration.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click Register a Domain.
   The Register Domain page displays.
4. Specify Domain Information:
   • Domain Name: Type name of domain.
   • Domain Password: Type password.
   • Organization: Type name of the organization
   • Registration Period: Select the time period from the drop-down list box. 
5. Specify Domain Privacy information:
   • Add Privacy: Select the check box to add domain privacy.
6. Select DNS Servers as required.
   
   

   DNS Servers shows information regarding DNS Server.

   Primary Name Server shows information of the primary server.

   Secondary Name Server shows information of the secondary server.

   Third Name Server shows information of the third server.

   Forth Name Server shows information of the forth server.



7. Specify Administrative Contact information:
   • Handle: Type user name.
     
     

     Handle: It is required in case of Realtime Register.

   
   
   • First Name: Type your first name.
   • Last Name: Type your last name.
   • Organization: Type your organization. 
   • Email Address: Type your email address.
   • Street Address: Type your street address.
   • City: Type name of your city.
   • Country: Type name of your country.
   • Province/State: Type your province or state.
   • Zip/Postal Code: Type your zip or postal code.
   • Phone No: Type your phone number.
   • Fax No: Type your fax number.  
8. Click Register Domain.
   The Domain is registered.
