Updating Contact of a Registered Domain

To update contact information of a registered domain:

  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Website Services, and then Domain Registration.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click My Domains.
    The Registered Domains page displays.
  4. Under the Domain Name column, select domain and click Update Contact.
    The Update Contact page displays.


    To update all contacts, select the Update All Contacts check box.

  5. Modify Registrar Contact information as required and then click Update Registrar Contact.
    The Registrar Contact is updated.
  6. Modify Administrative Contact information as required and then click Update Administrative Contact.
    The Administrative Contact is updated.
  7. Modify Technical Contact information as required and then click Update Technical Contact.
    The Technical Contact is updated.
