Searching FTP User

There are two options to search FTP user i.e. Advance Search and Basic Search. By default, Basic Search is performed.

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Websites.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click FTP Users.
   My FTP Users page displays.
4. In search area, type the FTP User Name and click .
   The filtered list is displayed.

For Advance Level Search, click . To reset search fields, click .

To perform Advance Search:

1. Log on to HC9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Websites.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click FTP Users.
   My FTP Users page displays.
4. In the search area, click .
   The Advance Search options displays.
5. Specify following information:
   • FTP User Name: Type name of the FTP user to be searched.
   • Owner Name: Type name of the owner.
   • User Status: Click the arrow and choose the status of the user.
     
     

     Available options for User Status are:

     Active

     Suspended

   
   
   • Platform: Click the arrow and choose the operating system from the drop-down list box.
     
     

     Available options for Platform are:

     Windows

     Linux



6. Click .
   The filtered list displays.
