Wiping Device

Wipe Device means to remove BlackBerry settings from the selected mailbox.

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage BlackBerry.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click Exchange Organizations.
   The Mail Domains page displays.
4. Under Organization Name column, select organization and click BlackBerry.
   The Mailboxes page displays.
5. Under Display Name column, select mailbox and click Wipe Device.
   A dialogue box displays.
6. Click OK.
   The BlackBerry device settings are removed from the selected mailbox.
