Checking Database Connectivity

1. Log on to HC panel.
2. From the left menu click Toolbox, and then Tools.
   The Tools Options page is displayed.
3. Under System Services section, click Database Manager.
   The Databases page is displayed.
4. Under the Database Name column, click name of the database, and then Check Connectivity.
   The Check Database Connectivity page is displayed.
5. Specify following information:
   • Password: Type password.
   • Confirm Password: Re-type password.
6. Click Test Connectivity.
   The Connectivity is checked.
