Configuring Mail Delivery Settings
To configure mail delivery settings:
- Log on to HC panel.
- From the left menu click System, and then My Server.
The My Server Options page is displayed.
- Under Configure Services section, click Mail Delivery Settings.
The Configure Mail Delivery page is displayed.
- Specify Mail Delivery Settings:
- Email Sending Method: Select method for sending Emails.

SMTP Delivery |
- In case of SMTP Delivery method, specify the following information:
- SMTP Server: IP address of SMTP server.
- From Email Address: Type sender's email address.
- SMTP Authentication: Select the Yes check box to allow SMTP Authentication.
- Test Email: Select the Yes check box to send a test email.
- In case of Direct Delivery method, specify the following information:
- DNS Server: Type IP address of DNS server.
- From Email Address: Type sender's email address.
- Send Test Email: Select the Yes check box to send a test email.
- From Address: Type sender's email address.
- To Address: Type recipient's email address.
- Click Save Settings.
The Mail Delivery Settings are configured.
