Resetting Password

To reset password:
  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click Toolbox, and then Tools.
    The Tools Options page is displayed.
  3. Under System Services section, click BlackBerry Manager.
    The Exchange Enabled Organizations page is displayed.
  4. Under the Organization Name column, click name of the organization, and then BlackBerry.
    The Mailboxes page is displayed.
  5. Under the Display Name column, click name of the mailbox, and then Reset Password.
    The Reset Password page is displayed.
  6. Specify following information:
  7. Click Reset Password.
    The password is reset.
