Resetting Password
To reset password:
- Log on to HC panel.
- From the left menu click Toolbox, and then Tools.
The Tools Options page is displayed.
- Under System Services section, click BlackBerry Manager.
The Exchange Enabled Organizations page is displayed.
- Under the Organization Name column, click name of the organization, and then BlackBerry.
The Mailboxes page is displayed.
- Under the Display Name column, click name of the mailbox, and then Reset Password.
The Reset Password page is displayed.
- Specify following information:
- New Activation Password: Type new password.
- Confirm Password: Re-type password.
- Send Password By Email: Select the check box to send the password to the selected user via email.
- Click Reset Password.
The password is reset.
