Creating a Ticket

To create a ticket:
  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click New Ticket.
    The New Ticket page displays.
  4. Specify required information:
  5. Click Create Ticket.
    The Ticket is created.
