Editing General Properties

To edit general properties:
  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Exchange.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click Exchange Organizations.
    The Exchange Enabled Organizations page displays.
  4. Under Organization Name column, select organization and click Public Folders.
    The Public Folders page displays.
  5. Under Folder Name column, select public folder and click Edit General Properties.
    The Edit General Properties page displays.
  6. Specify Storage Quotas Settings:
  7. Specify Deleted Item Retentions Settings:
  8. Specify Age Limits Settings:
  9. Click Update Public Folder.
    The Public Folder is updated.
