Public Folders


 Public Folders is a sub module of Manage Exchange.

To launch public folders:

 

  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Exchange.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click Exchange Organizations.
    The Exchange Enabled Organizations page displays with Public Folders option on the right.

 


 The Public Folders option allows you to perform various operations.

Editing Advance Properties
Editing an Email Address
Setting Permissions
Editing Accepted Senders
Editing Rejected Senders
Disabling Mails
Enabling Mails
Deleting a Public Folder
