Enabling a FTP User

To enable a FTP user:

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Websites.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click FTP Users.
   The FTP Users page displays.
4. Under FTP User Name column, select FTP user and click Enable.
   The FTP User is enabled.
