Enabling a User

To enable a user:

  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click General, and then User Manager.
    The User Manager page is displayed.
  3. Select required user from the User Name column.
  4. Click Enable.
    The user is enabled.

    You can also enable a user as:

    1. Click the required user name.
      A menu is displayed.
    2. Select Enable from the menu.
      The selected user is enabled.
