Viewing Your Tickets

To view your existing tickets:
  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    The Client Tickets page is displayed.
  3. Click My Tickets.
    The My Tickets page is displayed.
    • To view details of the ticket, click View Ticket.
    • To close the ticket, click Close Ticket.
    • To remove the ticket, click Delete.
