Editing a Mailbox

To edit a mailbox:
  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Hosting Services, and then Manage Exchange.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click Exchange Organizations.
    The Exchange Enabled Organizations page displays.
  4. Under Organization Name column, select organization and click Mailboxes.
    The Mailboxes page displays.
  5. Under Display Name column, select mailbox and click Edit Mailbox.
    Edit General Properties page displays.
  6. Modify General Properties as required.
  7. Click on Advance Properties tab.
    The Edit Advance Properties page displays.
  8. Modify following information:
  9. Modify Storage Quota Settings:
  10. Modify Deleted Item Retention Settings:
  11. Click Update Mailbox.
  12. Click Email Addresses tab.
    The Edit Email Addresses page displays.
  13. Click Add Email Address.
  14. Click [Add Email Address].
    The Email Address field displays.
  15. Specify new email address, and then click Add Email Address.
  16. Click Membership tab.
    The Edit Membership page displays.
  17. Select Distribution List from the drop-down list box.
  18. Under Membership column select the check boxes of respective lists to modify the membership as required.
  19. Click Save Settings.
  20. Click Send On Behalf.
    The Edit Send on Behalf page displays.
  21. Under Display Name column, select check boxes to send emails on behalf of the selected mailboxes.
  22. Click Update Mailbox.
  23. Click Change Password.
    The Change Password page displays.
  24. Type password in Password and Confirm Password fields.
  25. Click Change Password.
    The Password is changed.
