Searching a Server

To search any server, there are two options i.e. Advance Search and Basic Search. By default Basic Search is performed.

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Cluster Configuration, and then Manage Servers.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click My Servers.
   The My Servers page displays.
4. In the search area, type the Server Name and click .
   The filtered list is displayed.

For advance level search, click . To reset search fields, click .

   A drop-down displays.
3. Click My Servers.
   The My Servers page displays.
4. In the search area, click .
   The Advance Search options displays.
5. Specify the following information and click.
   • Server Name: Type name of the server to be searched.
   • Server IP: Type IP address of the server to be searched.
   • Platform: Click the arrow and choose the operating system from the drop-down list box.
     
     

     Available options for Platform are:

     Windows

     Linux

     All

   
   
   • Server Role: Click the arrow and choose the required role of the server from the drop-down list box.
     
     

     Available options for Server Role are:

     Web Server

     DNS Server

     Mail Server

     Database Server

     SharePoint Server

     Dynamics CRM Server

     BlackBerry Server

     Communication Server

     Virtualization Server
