Enabling a User

To enable a user:

  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Panel Users, and then Manage Users.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click My Users.
    The My Users page displays.
  4. Under User Name column, select user and then click Enable.
    The user is enabled.

    You can also enable a user as:

    1. Click name of the user.
      A menu is displayed.
    2. Select Enable from the menu.
      The selected user is enabled.
