Closing a Ticket

To close a ticket:
  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Under Ticket Number column, select ticket and click View Ticket.
    The View Ticket page displays.
  4. Click number of the required ticket, and then click Close Ticket.
    The Ticket is closed.
