Deleting a Ticket
To delete a ticket:
    - Log on to hc9 panel. 
- From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
 A drop-down displays.
- Under Ticket Number column, select ticket and click View Ticket.
 The View Ticket page displays.
- Click number of the required ticket, and then click Delete.
 The Ticket is deleted.
