Viewing Your Tickets
To view your existing tickets:
- Log on to hc9 panel.
- From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
A drop-down displays.
- Click My Tickets.
The My Tickets page displays.

- To view details of the ticket, click View Ticket.
- To close the ticket, click Close Ticket.
- To remove the ticket, click Delete.
