Searching a Signup

To search a signup, there are two options i.e. Advance Search and Basic Search. By default Basic Search is performed.

To perform basic search:

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Panel Configuration, and then Auto Signup Configuration.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click Manage Singups.
   The Manage Singups page displays.
4. In the search area, type the Signup ID and click.
   The filtered list is displayed.

For Advance Level Search, click  . To reset search fields, click .

To perform advance search:

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Panel Configuration, and then Auto Signup Configuration.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click Manage Singups.
   The Manage Singups page displays.
4. In the search area, click .
   Further options display.
5. Specify the following information and click .
   • Status: Select the status of the signup from the drop-down list box.
     
     

     The available options for Status are:

     Completed

     Pending

     Failed

   
   
   • Signup Date: Click the arrow and select required option from the drop-down list box. Also,select date from the next three drop-down list boxes.
     
     

     Equal To: It shows the filtered result for the date selected in the next three drop-down list boxes.

     Less Than: It shows the filtered result for the time period before the date selected in the next three drop-down list boxes.

     Greater Than: It shows the filtered result for the time period after the date selected in the next three drop-down list boxes.
