Editing Rejected Senders

To edit rejected senders list:

  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click Toolbox, and then Tools.
    The Tools Options page is displayed.
  3. Under System Services section, click Exchange Manager.
    The Exchange Enabled Organizations page is displayed.
  4. Under the Organization Name column, click name of the organization, and then Public Folders.
    The Public Folders page is displayed. 
  5. Under the Folder Name column, click name of the public folder, and then Rejected Senders.
    The Edit Rejected Senders page is displayed.
  6. Specify following information:
  7. Click Update Senders.
    The Rejected Senders list is edited.
