Adding a Category
To add a category:
    - Log on to HC panel. 
- From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
 The Client Tickets page is displayed.
- Click My Categories.
 The My Categories page is displayed.
- Click Add Category.
 The Add Category page is displayed.
- Under Add a New Category, specify the following information:
    
        - Category Name: Type name of the category.
- Description: Type brief description of the category.
 
- Click Add Category.
 The Category is added.
