Reopening a Ticket

To reopen a ticket:
  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    The Client Tickets page is displayed.
  3. Under Ticket Number column, select the ticket number, and then click Reopen Ticket.
    The Ticket is reopened.
