Closing a Ticket

To close a ticket:
  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    The Client Tickets page is displayed.
  3. Under Ticket Number column, click the ticket number, and then Close Ticket.
    The Ticket is closed.
