Editing a Category

To edit a category:
  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    The Client Tickets page is displayed.
  3. Click My Categories.
    The My Categories page is displayed.
  4. Under Actions column, click Edit.
    The Edit Category page is displayed.
  5. Modify the information and click Update Category.
    The Category is updated.
