Deleting a Ticket

To delete a ticket:
  1. Log on to HC panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    The Client Tickets page is displayed.
  3. Under Ticket Number column, click the ticket number, and then Delete.
    A dialogue box is displayed.
  4. Click OK.
    The Ticket is deleted.
