Setting Billing Date

To set billing date for a plan, your billing must be enabled.

To set billing date for a plan: 

1. Log on to hc9 panel.
2. From the left menu click Hosting Plans, and then Manage Plans.
   A drop-down displays.
3. Click Sold Plans.
   The Sold Plans page displays
4. Under User Name column, select user and click Set Next Billing Day.
   The Explorer User Prompt dialogue is displayed.
5. Specify new date for the Next Billing Day and click OK.
   The date is modified.
   
   

   The date should be in MM/DD/YYYY format.
