Deleting a Ticket Category

To delete a category:
  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click My Categories.
    The My Categories page displays.
  4. Under Actions column, click Delete.
    A dialogue box displays.
  5. Click OK.
    The Category is deleted.
