Replying to a Ticket

To reply to a ticket:
  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click Client Tickets.
    The Client Tickets page display.
  4. Under Ticket Number column, select ticket number and click View Ticket.
    The View Ticket page displays.
  5. Under Add a Response section, type Response Details.
  6. Click Submit Response.
    The Response is submitted.
