Reopening a Ticket
To reopen a ticket:
- Log on to hc9 panel.
- From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
A drop-down displays.
- Click Client Tickets.
The Client Tickets page display.
- Under Ticket Number column, select ticket number and click Reopen Ticket.
The Ticket is reopened.
