Deleting a Ticket

To delete a ticket:
  1. Log on to hc9 panel.
  2. From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
    A drop-down displays.
  3. Click Client Tickets.
    The Client Tickets page display.
  4. Under Ticket Number column, select ticket number and click Delete.
    A dialogue box displays.
  5. Click OK.
    The Ticket is deleted.
