Deleting a Ticket
To delete a ticket:
    - Log on to hc9 panel. 
- From the left menu click Help, and then Trouble Ticket.
 A drop-down displays.
- Click Client Tickets.
 The Client Tickets page display.
- Under Ticket Number column, select ticket number and click Delete.
 A dialogue box displays.
- Click OK. 
 The Ticket is deleted.
