Q. What subscription models are available?
Ans. ADSS Portal offers flexible monthly and annual subscription models. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly and have monthly billing cycles, while annual subscriptions are billed annually and have annual billing cycles. Payments are charged in advance, at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Ans. Not at all. Just enter your license key to upgrade from trial to full version.

Q. How do I activate my license?
Ans. Log in as Portal Admin, go to System > Activate License, and enter your key.

Q. Can I manage multiple Active Directories from this portal?
Ans. Yes. You can connect and manage local ADs (those in the same network as the central console) as well as remote ADs (those not discoverable in the same network) via a centralized console.

Q. How many administrative roles does ADSS Portal support?
Ans. The portal supports three administrative roles:

• Portal Admin — oversees all entities, has the highest access.
• Entity Admin — manages specific entities.
• OU Admin — limited to specific Organizational Units (OU).

Q. Are there reporting or monitoring capabilities?
Ans. Yes. The portal provides dashboards and reports to monitor AD activities (e.g., number of password resets, profile updates, and unlock events) so you can track usage and audit changes.
