User's Inactivity Report

This report provides a summary of users who have been inactive over a certain period of time. It provides the identification and review of users or accounts that have not engaged with the system or portal over a specific time.

User's Inactivity Report page shows information as:

  • Username- shows username of the user.
  • Owner - shows the owner’s name of the user account. This could be a global admin or a reseller.
  • Last Activity Since Days - shows the number of days of user inactivity.
