User Account Settings are the profile settings for a particular admin. Every admin can set its own user profile and specify its own profile preferences. They include language preferences and personal profiles.

Language

This gives the language of the portal. 

Personal Profile

This allows the Admin to specify its personal profile. The Admin can specify its email address and phone number as part of its profile.
