AD Connect Sync Plus is a centralized web-based solution for the synchronization of identity data. It enables Active Directory identities (users, groups, contacts) and passwords to be synchronized between various on-premises Active Directories with centralized monitoring, logging, and reporting. AD Connect Sync Plus enables synchronization between multiple source and target Active Directories with centralized management through a central portal.

When it comes to passwords, most solutions offer a one-way sync of passwords. ADCS Plus, however, affords a two-way sync of passwords (from the source Active Directory to the control server and from the control server onward to the destination and vice versa).

ADCS Plus moreover contains multiple admins. All members of an Active Directory security group can log in to the web interface of AD Connect Sync Plus as admins and administer ADCS Plus. This leads to the facility of multi-admin access. Admins access the web interface over a secure connection with multiple security defenses.

Security is key for every business.  Apart from password hooks, no other components of ADCS Plus are installed directly on the domain controllers, sparing them of any unwarranted installations. Minimal exposure of the domain controllers ensures consistent security and threat protection across all Active Directories.

Then there's the issue of ensuring high availability. ADCS Plus guarantees a highly available solution. It ensures the high availability of the control servers by allowing multiple instances of them to run in an active/passive mode.
