Language
This is the Portal's display language. ExSign currently supports English and Arabic. Changing the portal language updates the user interface, menus, labels, and system messages, allowing administrators to work in their preferred language.
Personal Profile
Personal Profile settings are available only to the ExSign Admin (Global Administrator). Only the ExSign Admins can set their email address and phone number here; other roles don't have an equivalent self-service profile section.
Keeping your profile information up to date helps ensure that system notifications and administrative communications are sent to the correct contact details. The ExSign Admin can set their email address and phone number here.
Sign out
Click Sign out to log out of the Portal.
As a best practice, always sign out after completing your work, particularly when accessing ExSign from a shared workstation or remote environment.
