Signatures added by the Microsoft 365 Agent happen server-side, so senders normally can't see them, not even in their own Sent Items folder. If you want employees to see the exact signature that went out on their emails, install this agent to update their Sent Items automatically.

To install the ExSign M365 Sent Items Update Agent, download ExSign and follow the steps as stated:

1. Execute the installer and click Next on the welcome screen.
   
   
   
   
2. Read and accept the license agreement to proceed.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the destination folder to install ExSign M365 Sent Items. By default the path is C:\Program Files\ExSign M365 Sent Items however this can always be changed if required.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Install to start the installation of ExSign M365 Sent Items. 
   
   
   
   
5. Please wait for a while, installation is in process.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Finish to complete the installation process of M365 Sent Items.
