This is the Portal's view of every server running the Microsoft 365 Agent across every entity. This agent acts as an intermediary between the web portal and M365, ensuring that messages are properly stamped in accordance with predefined rules. It authenticates itself with the ExSign web portal through an authentication token on one side and connects with Microsoft 365 on the other. 

This page and Connecting the Microsoft 365 Agent are two halves of the same task. The token generated here can be copied and pasted into the Microsoft 365 Agent interface on the agent server. 

Adding a server (Entity Name + Server Name + Save & Generate Token), the server list columns (Server Name, Connectivity, Online Status, Last Connected Timestamp, Build No, Actions), Revoke Token, Restart Service, Connection History, and Delete Server (which still requires revoking the token first) all work exactly as described in ExSign for Exchange’s Managing Servers.
